Returns

Returned items must be in the same condition as received – unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Costs
Return Shipping Costs:

Returns must be shipped to our designated return center in China, with return shipping costs starting from $30 USD, to be covered by the customer.
Exceptions
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If the same issue occurs again with the replacement, you will receive a full refund.
